A comprehensive brand experience for Babbels Live Festival: from website to on-site ambiance

Babbels Live Festival is the premier music event that annually attracts thousands of visitors with a mix of top artists and a unique festival atmosphere. The first edition took place in 2014 at Provily Sportpark in Krommenie, featuring acts like De Dijk, Edwin Evers Band, and Niels Geusebroek. Building on this success, the 2015 lineup included The Golden Earring, Jett Rebel, and Roberto Jacketti & the Scooters. Babbels Live quickly became a household name in the Zaan region, and the following year featured performances by Kensington, Tino Martin, Het Goede Doel, and Peter Beense.

Since 2015, Studio BC has supported the festival with a wide range of creative and strategic services to craft an unforgettable experience both online and offline.

The Challenge

Babbels Live Festival sought a consistent and professional brand identity that:

  • Reflects the energy and atmosphere of the festival.
  • Effortlessly informs and excites visitors through the website.
  • Establishes a strong presence on social media.
  • Provides a striking and recognizable on-site experience during the festival.

The Solution

With an integrated approach, we delivered the following services:

  • Website: A dynamic and user-friendly website designed to inform visitors about the program, sell tickets, and convey the festival experience online.
  • Signing: Design of signage for the festival grounds and decorative elements to reinforce the festival’s identity.
  • Social Media: Creation of engaging visuals to boost interaction on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • E-mailmarketing: Design of email campaigns to inform visitors about updates, ticket sales, and practical information ahead of the festival.

The Result

This collaboration led to:

  • A strong online presence: Increased website traffic and social media engagement, contributing to successful ticket sales.
  • A unique festival experience: A consistent visual theme, both online and on-site, allowing visitors to experience the brand identity everywhere.
  • Efficient communication: Strategic social media campaigns ensured visitors were well-informed, contributing to a smooth festival experience.

Future Collaboration

Together with all staff, both internal and external, we continue to work on this fantastic three-day festival for the 2025 edition on June 13, 14, and 15: Friday’s VrijMibo, Saturday’s Party Edition, and Sunday’s Kids Edition.
